Since I posted my first request, a kind lady sent me information about the parents of Lucinda. Apparently the parents are Cornelius Hall born 17 September 1780 in Unknown County, Virginia. He married Anna Byram 1 July 1802 in Bourbon County, Kentucky. This family was in Crawford County during the 1820 and 1830 census. However, Cornelius and Anna died in Kirklin; Clinton County, Indiana she in 1846, he in 1853. Anybody else working on this Hall line???
