Looking for info on John and Mary Surguy[Sirguy] who farmed in 1862 in this area. John may have remarried after Mary died. John had a younger brother [name ?] who left about this time for the civil war.
Also looking for info on James and Mellie Ray. James died abt 1890 while Mellie was pg with their 3rd child. James had brothers Milton and Miller[?].
Anything would be helpful.
