Jane Bell Anderson is the daughter of William Anderson, a Rev veteran, and Jane Bell. Her marriage to Eli Thomas was her first marriage, altho she remarried after he passed away.

You can find several good sites for Wm Anderson and Jane Bell with an Internet search and also several detailed listings for William on Rootsweb/Ancestry.com. Details other than dates on Jane Bell are a bit more elusive.

I descend from Jane Bell Anderson's brother Andrew Anderson who married Mary Banta.
