I am just starting my research on this side of the family and I am hoping this name rings a bell, as I have no idea who his ancestors were. In the 1880 Census I have him in Connersville, Fayette County, Indiana. He listed his birthplace as MD and his father & mothers birthplace as SCOT (i am assuming this means scotland). Does any of this sound familiar to anyone?
Spouse: Mary Plummer B. abt. 1842 Brookville, IN
Children: William, Anna, Frank, Lillie, Charles, Ida, George, Maude, Robert.
