I have a biographical section regarding William Wainwright who was president of Wainwright Engineering Corp. of Connersville and had been a resident since 1871. He ahd much to do with later development of the city in an industrial way. He was born at Cottage Grove in Union Co. IN June 7, 1854, son of Benjamin J. and Huldah (Miller) Wainwright, the former a native of state of Virginia and the latter of Preble Co. OH, and who were the parents of six children, those besides the subject of this info being as follows: Anna M., who married Dr. T.P. Wagoner of Knightstown,IN and Luella, who married John Todd of Logansport, IN; Lucy who died in infancy and Ida Belle and Charles Franklin, who died in youth. (more info available)
