Samuel Darter m. Letitia Parker

I have only recently started pursuing the Darter line who settled in Fayette Co., Indiana.
I found on a Rootsweb Family Tree that the parents of Samuel Darter (who married Letitia Parker) were Alexander Darter & Mary UNKNOWN. Samuel appears in the 1820 Indiana Census along with Jacob Darter (both residents of Fayette County). Samuel also appears with a fairly large family in the 1850 census. I have assumed at this point that Samuel and Jacob were related, but I cannot determine the relationship. Would anyone by any chance know the names of Samuel’s siblings or otherwise shed any light on his relationship to the other Darters of Fayette County?
