Miles family, Maryland to Floyd Co. ca. 1800/1820

Floyd Co. Indiana marriage records indicate that Delilah Miles married John Reymer (correct spelling Remer) on April 29, 1820. The biography of their son Aaron Remer, published in 1882 in the History of Scott County, Iowa, indicates that Delilah Miles was born in Maryland, that the children of John and Delilah were born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and that the family relocated to Davenport, Iowa in 1839 (another source says 1841), where Delilah died in 1856 (actually January 9, 1852) and John died in 1875.
Can anyone help me identify the family of Delilah Miles? They (or at least she) would have migrated from Maryland to southern Indiana or the vicinity Louisville Kentucky, probably between 1800 and 1820.
