No, I am not related,just trying to help. I do have ancestors from Floyd Co though.
I really think that is the same Albert in the 1870 census. The census information contains a lot of mistakes. Perhaps someone other than Albert gave the information and didn't know the right answer.
A bound boy would be someone who was bound out or in servitude to someone. He was probably learning a trade or perhaps his father owed this man something and Albert paid for it with his work.
