In the 1900 census there is an Elmer in Boone Co who was born in 1867 which is probably him. His parents were born in Ohio. This is the same Elmer as first one above since he is married to Sally. He was a paper hanger.

I don't remember if I gave you this census.So most of her children didn't die as stated in an earlier census!
