No 10 And Frog Pond

I have a large photograph with the inscription at the bottom, "No 10 And Frog Pond, October 4, 1931." There a large numbeer of people in the photograph, probably a school or family reunion. My husband parents (included in photo) were from Parke and Fountain Co., IN.
Does anybody have any idea where Frog Pond was?? Or can give me any information on this photograph.
