Carol Rose,
I did some checking for you to find out if Thomas Vanover
was buried at the Matthews Cemetery,I did find out and "Yes ",Thomas is buried at the Matthews Cemetery,
Jefferson TWP.,Grant County,Indiana.
I work through the Marion Library,Indiana Room, for Gen
purposes.
They sent me the Cemetery Listings for the Matthews
Cemetery, and the following info was included on the listings:
Thomas Vanover - Birth: April 3,1863
Death: May 16,1900

They did check for an obit, but none was found !!
Thomas is the only " Vanover " listed in the cemetery records. No other Vanover's !!

If you'd like to have a copy of the Cemetery Listing that was sent to me,please let me know !!

If you want to obtain a Copy of his actual " Death Record ",you would have to write to the following:

Grant County Health Department
Vital Records
401 S. Adams St.
Marion,Indiana 46952

Note: The Matthews Cemetery is out by the Covered Bridge,
in Matthews,Indiana.
Not sure if you are familiar with the area.

Hope this helps !!

Rosie
