Hello ! My name is Rosalie Adkins. I reside in Hartford
City,Indiana (Blackford County).
I sent off for some research from Grant County,I included
the info for your Theodore Cotter.
Due to the timeline on his death,not certain if they will
find anything,but if so,when I get the info back,I'll get it to you.
I just need to get your Home Postal Addy,it's the only way I have of getting info to you.
Theodore is listed on the Grant County website,buried in the Marion National Cemetery.
His date of death,on the site,is listed as being on
September 26,1897.
I included both dates on the research I sent for,so maybe they can find something on him !
