That last comment didn't come out right. I don't mean to disparage Russell's generally fine work, but I would hope whoever chose to publish it protected the identities of persons still living. I looked at Amazon.com and am puzzled. Russel clearly states in the introduction to his papers (ca. 1998) his decision not to pursue writing a book, but sending the materials out in "loose-leaf" format -- which he did.
