Ringo, Indiana Civil War Veterans

Wondering if there are any Civil War Veterans organizations for descendants.

My great, great grandfather, Daniel S. Ringo, b. ca 1821 enlisted on 9-10-1861 at Terre Haute in Capt Squires's Company, 31st Regiment, Indiana Infantry. Was reported sick 12-26-1862 at Nashville, TN. On 9-26-1864, was discharged from Company E, 12th Regiment.

My great grandfather, William C. Ringo, b. 1844, enlisted on 7-10-1863 at Jasonville, Greene Co, in Capt Nance's Co, 115th Regiment, Indiana Infantry, got sick and mustered out 2-25-1864, nut reenlisted at Sullivan, Ind 3-15-1864 in 13th Battery, Indiana Light Artillery. Mustered out 7-10-1865..
