Need Information regarding Howell ALLEN, LIVED in Wayne Co,TN. He is possibility my ggggrandfather, father of my ggrandfather; Robert ALLEN of Wayne County,TN.,
Robert disappeared after 1860 and before 1880. His wife
was listed as a widow in Maury County,TN.,1880 census.
They were living at Cypress Inn,TN., when the Civil War
was in progress. not sure what happened as their two
sons disappeared during the same time, never to be found.
I have been searching for this family for many years, located part of them but no record of the father and 2 sons.
