Thanks, Harold for this link you posted. However, Samuel West is not known to be related to Ignatius West or my Thomas West, Jr. Here is a little more information on this line of West: Thomas West, Sr. was born about 1718 in possibly NC or VA. Ignatius West was born 13 Dec 1750. Thomas West, Sr. and family are recorded as living in Granville Co., NC in 1754 or before. Ignatius West died in Chatham Co., NC in 1831.
