This place seems to be referenced at the Indiana Boys' School and also the House of refuge for Delinquent Boys. It was established in 1867. Before the turn of the century, the school's major industry was the manufacturing of chairs and shoes. This school was also known as Charlton High School. This information came from The History of Hendricks County 1914-1976. Sorry I don't see any of the names you listed.
