Philip C. Olinger & Henry Carroll

I am looking for info on the connection between Phillip C. Olinger & Henry Carroll who lived next to each other in Henry Co. Phillip Olinger was born about 1808 in Pennsylvania, moved to the Jefferson-Harrison Co. area of Ohio, married Mariah Feltenberger, then moved to Henry Co. around the mid 1830's. Henry Carroll may have followed the same pattern. Henry was born 1810, married Sally Coon in 1837. Both men moved to Iowa in the 1850's, but returned to Henry Co. by 1860. The 2 men are buried next to each other in the Hess Cemetery in Cadiz. Philip paid for Henry's tombstone & funeral expenses when he died in Nov. of 1870. Philip died Jan. 1, 1874. I am especially interested in finding who the parents of these 2 men might be. Is this Henry the son of Philip & Mary Carroll of Jefferson-Harrison Co. Ohio?
