Any information whatsoever would be appreciated for Wendle Daniel Grove, born September 20, 1825 in or around Ripley, Indiana. On April 4, 1847, Wendle married Sarah Jane Hodson who was born May 17, 1839, probably around Ripley County.Early census place the Grove family in Franklin, Ripley County, Indiana (1850) then in Honey Creek, Howard County, Indiana (1860). In 1870, they are found in Harrison, Howard County, Indiana and sometime after this, they migrated to Butler County, Kansas where they settled near Leon. Thank you.
