Hi!
My 3rd gr grandfather was David Rich from Jackson County, IN. I received his service pension file not long ago. If anyone out there is researching this Rich family, I'd be glad to hear from you.
The file didn't resolve much of anything about David Rich. However, I believe it did settle, once and for all, that his widow was Sarah Sally Shelton. She was a member of the Shelton family.
