using only the headstones of Eliza and Mary, I can not answer that question. Rachael and John's headstones are in between the 2 girls but definitely are not listed as the parents. Now, looking at 1850 and 1860 census records, one can make a pretty good argument that it appears that they are children of Phillip and Mary Taylor. This would make John and Rachael the grandparents of the 2 girls. But, study of the census records makes it pretty clear that there are other Taylors in close proximity that are not children of John and Rachael.
