Am Responding to seeing the use of the names Edward, Mildred, Walter and John in My lineage as well as the Maryland connection which seems to use those names. MyggGrandfather was a Norval T. Lanham b. abt 1828 in Indiana. He ws married to Martha Todd 28 dec 1854 in Jefferson County, Indiana. The 1880 census for Milton Twnshp, Jefferson Cty, In has the following info:

Edward Lanham 16 IN Home IN IN
Fannie Lanham 15 IN
Mary Lanham 11 IN

John Lanham 2 IN
The first son being named Edward I am sure is significant.
Mary here is incorrect. My gGrandmother was Mildred A. Lanham b 2 apr 1869 in Jefferson Cty, In to Norval & Martha Todd Lanham, so this would be her.

abt 1890.
Their children were:
Walter Gardner McIntire b abt 1892 Milton, KY
Norval McIntire b 7 apr 1895 Milton, KY
Jeanette Mae b. 28 Oct 1905 Milton, KY
Frances b. abt 1906 Milton, KY
Izora(female) b. 21jul1912 IN probably Indianapolis
Jeanette is my grandmother m. Russell ALbert Brown 4 Oct 1927 in Indianapolis, IN. d. 21 jul 1987
John McIntire d. 14 May 1945 in Indianapolis
Mildred A. Lanham d. 23 sep 1936 in Indianapolis
Both from Cancers
Have not yet found the name of Norval's parents. One possible sibling William, only other Lanham on 1880 census in Jefferson County that listed parents birth in MD & KY.
Notice names of Uncles Walter & Norval. Also use of Edward & Mildred.
Appreciate any assistance out there.
