Earl and Nora Smith are found in the 1920 census of "Greenwood town", Pleasant Township, North District of Johnson County, Indiana. They were both 22 years of age and had been married 3 years. They had one son William E. Smith. They were living with Nora's mother Amanda Fisher on East Pearl Street. I know they also had a son Herbert Wesley Smith b. 1912. I am trying to research this Herbert Wesley Smith and have hit a dead end with Earl Smith. Their last child was born in 1916. What happened to Earl and who were his parents? I have found Nora Fisher's up line.
