I would like to correspond with anyone who is researching the family of the Samuel McCammon who lived in Shelby Co., Ky and Johnson Co., In. Samuel’s estate was probated on 5/11/1847 in Johnson Co. His heirs were listed as his wife, Elizabeth, and ten children: Mary, Sarah, George, Matthew, Eliza Jane, Martha, Nancy, Samuel, James, and Thomas.
I’m looking for information of any kind on Samuel or his children. More importantly, I’m trying to determine if there were additional children besides those named in the probate records. I believe there may have been a daughter named Catherine who was not included in the settlement because she had already passed away.
I look forward to hearing from one of you. Any tiny tidbit of info would be welcome.
