I am searching for any connections to a Joseph Willard Bisel who was living in Kosciusko Co, IN at the 1900 census.
He was b. about 1861, IN, and in 1885 married Harried M. Smith (nee Richardson), who was Uriah Smith's widow. This marriage was in neighboring Fulton Co, IN.
The couple moved with their daughter Rebecca Jane (Janey) born about 1994, to Kosciusko CO, where I believe Mr. Bisel had family.
By 1910 they had migrated to Washington State, Spokane, Spokane, where Harriet's son Wilson M. Smith from her first marriage joined them.
Wilson married Blanche Alice Morningstar also from IN, and they remained in the Spokane area.
