JULIA ANN PLOUGH, born june 24,1860- died dec. 11,1892. i believe she was born near the town of emma. she married DAVID MISHLER on march 13,1881. they both died young and thier two children, mary and john, were raised by another family. i have no record of her parents names, or that of any siblings. i have looked at census records, but have not found anything concrete. thanks to anyone who could help.
