Thomas Short born bef 1736. lived in Shenandoah Co. VA. He is later found in the Upper District Russell Co. VA. He married Nancy ____ . Son John born 1756 in Shenandoah Co. VA married Mary Ann Hansford in 1780. John went to Pulaski Co. KY abt 1810 and on to Lawrence Co IN where he died in 1836.
