A study at the local Federal Archives here in Seattle. WA. has proven that the person given in Leatherwood Cemetery as N D Beaver is the one and the same Nimrod S Beaver of the NINETY THIRD REGIMENT INFANTRY, COMPANY F INDIANA VOLUNTEERS. NIMROD IS LISTED ON PAGE 3. He was a recruit Heltonville and he was mustered in Jan. 7, 1864 and mustered out June 21, 1865. He has a military stone and is in row 6 and all the information is now at the Bedford, In. Library in the Court House. His copy of the papers I obtained from WA. D. C, there too. I stand corrected if anyone can show me proof that this is in error. The on-line host for the above information was published by GEOCITIES in 1999. Thank You.
