Thank you Rebecca, no i didnt know about the flu in 1918. i wonder if it got confussed being killed in Indiana became being killed by Indians.
I have found out a little more now. On the 1930 census i found their son David. T Webb living in Indianapolis with his wife Laura. Therir children were Ruth, Dorothea, and walter. Ive also found that Ruth married a man called Ralph Goodrich and that he died on 7/3/1982 at a place called Bean blossom, Indiana His wife Ruth died in 1981.
Walter dies in 1978, and im not sure but Dorothea may still be alive. Unfortunately im now stuck, i would imagine that Ruth, Dorothea, and walter must have children and grand children still alive today.
yours John from Wales.
