Needed: copy from Diary of events of the year. Anderson, IN by Forkner, John L

I found information in an index titled "Madison County, Indiana Index of Names of Persons and of Firms" WPA, Vol I A-K as follows:
Henry, Patrick A120 Fd4 (1922)

A (I assume 120 is page 120 in this volume) is listed as "Madison County, IN, Atlas & Directory. Including Directory of Freeholdes and Official Register of the County, compiled by the American Atlas Co, Cleveland, 1901.

Fd (I assume page 4, or in the entries for 1922, supposedly Patrick died in 1922 and I'm guessing this might be the source for thaT?) is listed as Forkner, John L., Diary of events of the year. 1918-1922

If anyone has access to either or both of these volumes I would VERY MUCH like copies of the information therein for Patrick Henry.

I do find the Indiana State Library has at least the second one as follows:
