Looking for the parents of James Wesley Freel (1840-1927) who was married to Mary C. Westerfield 31 Oct 1861, in Warren Co., Iowa.
I've seen sources that state that Matthew Freel (1811-1886) and Barbara Ann Reddick are his parents; however, I show that they were married 20 Apr 1843 in Hamilton Co, Indiana; and James being born 12 Apr 1840 in Madison Co., Indiana.
Hoping someone has the correct information.
