On my great great grandmother's death certificate it states she was born in 1844 to a Isaac Merrill or Merrell in Marion Co, Ind.
I have not been able to find her in any of the census since 1850. She married my great great grandfather, Aaron Joseph after 1870 but I have not been able to locate any marriage registration.
Does anyone know if Marion Co, Ind has birth registration for the years between 1840-1850?
