You're right I didn't post it very clear. It's Virgils marriage license I was talking about. A Virgil Robinson had married an aunt of mine, Margaret Renaud. I went to the church where I knew she got married to get the information. I figured his parents names would be on the license and they were. The names were Frank and Lilly Easterday, hence the different last name. Came to the Easterday page and found a Frank and Lilly so I'm trying to figure if they're Virgil's parents. My aunt married Virgil Robinson 4/28/1928 at St Francis Xavier in Ecorse, MI. Yes I did notice he stated himself as Indian. In the 1930 census Margaret was back home living with her parents with her baby. In 8/1930 she died froma gunshot wound. Ruled a suicide but her father always said it was murder along with otherrelation. Her father was running whiskey across the Detroit River and was warned be the Purple gang 9who controled the river back then)to stop, he didn't, they burned his garage down, still didn't stop, two weeks later Margaret is found dead in their bathroom all dressed up and the baby in the crib all dressed up also clearing going someplace. Much has been a mystery. The family packed up and in the middle of the night left for the UP of Michigan not to return till years later. Why was Virgil and Margaret living apart? Why didn't Virgil take the baby? Did the family take the baby to the UP with them so Virgil couldn't find them? Rumors in the family said he was in jail at the time and had connections to the the Purple gang. Who knows. Done blabbing. Need to know if Frank and Lilly had a Virgil and you're saying they did?
