PLEASE!!!
Can anyone help me find information on Franklin Osborne (Osborn, Osbourne) who was in Indiana State Prison North, Michigan City, La Ponte Co. in 1880. I would like to know when, where and what he was sentenced for. Was he ever released and if so when. Are there any records of his birth date and/or place, family info, visitations etc... Anything could help. I'm desperate!
