Pretty much from census. As you can see, they have to be loosely searched on the surname. Some engines will soundex out McKenney and show results like "Mc Kenney", while others didn't. THose you'd have to enter the name exactly as Mc Kenney (with space) in order to pick up on them. I always try to do wildcard searches on surnames as well.
