I recently found an old Revised New Testament Bible in the Fairmount Baptist Church, Fairmount, Grant County, Indiana. The print date is 1881. The Fairmount Baptist Church was not built until 1889. In the front cover is a hand written note: "John Landes" and "Snow on the 22nd day of May 1883". If you know of anyone who would have connections with this gentleman or this area, I would like to return his Bible to his heirs.
