His first wife was Lovisa Wistrand whom he married in 1848 in Sweden. After her death in 1890, he married Hanna Dahlbeck. Lovisa is buried in the Burstrom Cemetery in Porter Co. Did Frederik have any children with Lovisa? Did he adopt children from Hanna's first marriage to Gottlieb Dahlbeck? Did he have any children with Hanna?
