Emibas is a cd-rom. It is an excellent index but once you've found the person's parish, it is better to use the parish records, which are scanned in their original form by Genline, SVAR, etc. (fee-based sites)

This site tells about the Emibas CD and you can purchase it (but why? I've provided the information.) from this site.
