John, As I indicated, I cannot vouch for this information and I have no sources verified. This information was provided to me by James A. Polley in a letter dated 9-Sep-1994. I would have to look for the letter among the tons of genealogy correspondence I have to get an address for you. I will do that when I have the time and let you know. In the mean time you may want to check census/marriage/birth/death records for the locations that James provided to verify the information. After all, genealogy is all about proof, don't take anyone's word for information, particulary LDS and online data bases.
