I don't know if this is much help but in 1820 I found a Porters Goddard (I think misspelling for Portis) in Fleming Co, Ky. He had one son under five and two dau under five and a wife. Unfortunately, that census doesn't give any other names.

According to a gedcom by C Plummer on Ancestry.com her name was Nancy Plummer. b 1797 in Fleming Co, Ky.
These are the children he listed:
Reason GODDARD b: 1816
Martha GODDARD b: 1818
Emily GODDARD b: 1820
Francis GODDARD b: 1822 in IL
That is all the information he has on them.
