Levi Wells who married Patience Ridlin is probably the father of Levi Wells. Levi who married Margaret Lang might also be a grandson--the son of Abraham Wells. I am trying to determine that. Many believe Levi (son of Levi and Patience b. abt 1838)married Margaret Lang as a second wife. His first wife was Cassa Ann Goddin/Godden/Goodin. Others believe Levi the son of Abraham Wells and Ellen Goddin (his second wife)who is listed as 4 on the 1860 Parke County Census is the one who married Margaret E. Lang. I believe that this Levi may have died early because he does not appear on the 1870 census with Abraham and Ellen.
