I've asked this question many years ago with no answer. I am still looking for the burial site of Nancy Chance who died in Princeton, IN on Oct 25, 1902. Her obituary read "There will be a brief funeral service at the residence tonight and the remains will be taken tomorrow to Stanfield, Ind., where the interment will take place." Her death record lists burial in Winslow, IN. Do any Pike county natives know of a Stanfield, IN and is there a cemetery there? I know some of the Chance family lived near Stendal in Pike county. Any help will be appreciated.
