Wade Cemetery in Center Twp

I'm seraching for the location of an old graveyard named "Wade Cemetery". It supposedly is a small, probably family, graveyard which is no longer in use, but still has stones. Buried there are several Wade and Moye families. It may be on private property. If anyone could lend any location information, I'd be so grateful.
