There is a Frank Kern and wife Anna in the 1930 census in Posey County, Robb Township, Indiana. Frank is 40 years old and a laborer on the railroad. Under column: "whether a veteran of the U.S. military or naval forces mobilized for any war of expedition" No is entered.
