I'd appreciate contact with anyone who wishes to share information on a family that lived at Union City, Randolph County, Indiana at least from 1920-1930. That is Merle G. Brotherton -b.1896, probably born at Delaware County, Indiana. He married Pearl & had children Harold 1917, Lois 1919, Raymond 1926 & Leona 1930. I am trying to confirm that his parents were James R. Brotherton and that James R. was son of James Smith Brotherton who was son of Abel Brotherton who is believed to be son of John Brotherton of Genesee County, New York. - Thanks, Allan Griffith, Bloomington, IL - magrif@verizon.net
