I am researching the crash of Lt. Marxson on the slopes of Rocky Face Mountain here in Georgia. He was a native of LaFayette and, I believe, he was born in either 1918 or 1919 to Fred and Gertrude Marxson. I would like very much to hear from anyone who knew him or his family. I am working toward placing a memorial to him at his crash site and would like additionl information. Any help is greatly appreciated--thanks.
