Dear List I am trying to find any info about the following:
John Robert Raley born abt 1787 NC M/Catherine Rossiter
born abt 1796 MD. Their first child, James Raley was born 1819 OH or IN. James Raley married Sarah Ann Shepherd in
Tippecanoe, IN, in 1836. There must have been marriages for two daughters unknown who were married to a Devore & an Apperson. There were two children by the names of Apperson
& Devore who were listed in a probate for James Raley in Jan 1848 when James died in Clay Co, IL. These families migrated to Clay Co, IL after 1829 when their daughter,
Vesta Ann Raley was born. Vesta Ann married Davis Foster in Clay Co, IL.
