I haven't been able to get mine out of southwest Virginia. There is anecdotal information that the family may have oringinated in Ireland and possibly Italy. I'm stuck on a Catherine Ingole/Ingola c. 1800. There is also a Peter Staley involved who may be Irish.

Where are your Ingo ancestors centered? By chance, any of them in southwest VA? Let me hear from you.
