baptized 5 Nov. 1785 Monquitter, Aberdeen. married 28 Nov. 1805, Monquitter.
Died 3 Sept. 1873, Bullocks Corners, West Flamborough Twp.. Wentworth Co., Ontario
Father: Alexander Clyne, factor at Craigston Castle.
Mother: Christian Taylor, baptized 26 July 1749 New Deer, Aberdeen. Married 20 Nov. 1777 Monquitter.
Her father waas James Taylor from Lealscrook, Scotland.
Christian and Alexander Clyne had the following children (baptism dates at Monquitter):
Mary 1782
Alexander 6 Apr. 1788
Peter 29 Oct. 1790
Isobel 28 Nov. 1792
Jean (Jane) 25 May 1783 married RObert Hutcheon 28 May 1802
William 11 Apr. 1779 born Mill of Auchry, Aberdeenshire

Mary Clyne married Alexander Ironside, children are:
Nathaniel bpt.4 Sep.1808 Brownhill, Aberdeen
Martha married John Simpson, remained in Scot
William, regular army, died in India

Elspeth. John. Peter
This family came to Canada.

Alexander Ironside, b1774 is the son of Alexander Ironside c1744 Monquitter and Anne Mathers c1748, New Deer, daughter of Alexander Mathers and Isobel.

Alexander Ironside cl744 is the son of George Ironside

James Taylor father of
