I too am a new researcher, my great grandmother was an Ironside and we have recently acquired a substantial amount of personal effects etc belonging to the Ironsides. Her name was Clara Mabel Ironside and I know her Uncle was Arthur Ironside, a dental surgeon in the London area who married a lady called Kate (Kitty) who went on to be a missionary in China. Maybe the two sides will link up somewhere along the way - I will keep you posted if I hear of an Anthony Ironside - do you know what his father's name was?
